As my intention to serve G_d’s creatures and therefore Him grows. I am set upon a path of improving myself. Through trial and error, sorrow and joy, madness and serenity.

As awareness sharpens and failures and faults are exposed, I volunteer to enter the Refining Furnace of Love, and that all the slag rises and is discarded leaving the purest of Love a human is capable of giving.

Don’t be so hard on yourself when mistakes arise, you have survived 100% of your worst days so remember you are doing great so far.

If I am not hard or gentle or ambivalent who is going to be? Yes, I practice meditation and it is as useful as useless as I expect any results from it. Perception is indeed everything and distorted through the lens of programming, appetites, and experience. Thank you for reading

Tough love is best. many people expect to much from meditation – Less is more in this regard.
the ambivalence of your thoughts is great as you can visualise many perspectives so you are gifted with the power of choice, many people only see the worst of everything and this can dampen their spirits (so to speak)
Enlightenment is Good and Bad (Yin and Yang) how i choose to perceive every situation i experience on my journey will in turn have an effect on my present and future self. even the smallest of decisions (drink tea or do not drink tea) they all play a part in the end result.
Persistence is Key when aimed correctly.

that is a challenge you must accept.. it gets easier the more you do it, i still at times have expectation with certain things but find my thoughts about it quicker and can catch them before i shout out
” that was my idea” ”or i helped him do that” – screaming for my recognition .. if you get the recognition it does make you feel good for a minute but when that minute passes, you are sure the feel the same as before.. so make sure you are comfortable with yourself and things just flow.
